PERMANENT HAIR REMOVAL:

The majority of doctors who perform this aesthetic procedure use laser systems, but some of them use intense pulsed light (IPL) devices. M&C Cosmetic Medicine has both latest
generation devices that adapt to all skin types. The choice of laser will be made based on the patient’s needs. Advice on skin care before, during and after treatments, as well as the number of sessions required, will be detailed to the patient during the first consultation.

BOTOX INJECTIONS:

Botulinum toxin injections are used to treat wrinkles caused by facial expressions (frown lines, crow’s feet, forehead …). The toxin blocks the muscles responsible for wrinkles, which reduces or eliminates them. The treatment has an effectiveness that lasts from 4 to 6 months.

HYALURONIC ACID INJECTIONS:

It is a natural component of the extracellular matrix of the skin that can be used synthetically to fill or reduce wrinkles, but also to restore volume to certain areas. Examples of areas to be treated: cheekbones, lips, nasolabial folds, bitter wrinkles, dark circles treatment, medical rhinoplasty, but also the face as a whole through a complete bio-nutri-lifting. The injection of hyaluronic acid must ensure that the patient retains a natural face.

That is why it is important to be injected by a specialist doctor who can harmonize your face. The injection is not painful and is not dangerous if it is practiced by competent doctors. Small bruises can appear right after the injection due to the needle. Hyaluronic acid is a natural product, so it is degraded over time by the body.

The duration of the injected product depends on the product used, the injection technique and the degradation capabilities of each patient. Generally, it is recommended to renew the treatment 1 to 2 times a year.

TENSOR THREADS:

Tensor threads aim to restore tension to the loose areas of the face and neck skin, and to support the sagging subcutaneous tissues. They seek to produce a “lifting” effect without
surgery, by implanting threads (usually serrated or with anchor points) under the skin. It is thus possible to fight against the sagging of the face that sets in with age (the ptosis), by “lifting” the skin by traction.  The placement of tensor threads requires a local anesthesia that is generally well tolerated.

MESOTHERAPY:

A treatment consisting in toning, firming up and restoring radiance to skin damaged by the sun, cold or dulled by excessive smoking. The treatment can be performed on areas such as the face or neckline. The mesolift consists of injecting a mixture of vitamins, trace elements and minerals into the dermis using a syringe with a very fine needle. These products have the virtues of stimulating microcirculation, oxygenation and collagen production. The effects are visible from the next day. A more colorful, better hydrated skin that tightens. For a lasting result, it is recommended to perform four sessions at fifteen days intervals and a maintenance session every 3 months to keep this brighter complexion and new tonicity of your skin. The risks of side effects are low, one can observe some bruises that will persist for two to three days after the treatment and more rarely a risk of allergy to an injected product causing a localized redness.
